We want you to be completely satisfied with your DiamondBack Covers purchase; if your premium apparel doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure a seamless processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
