Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches, tooling marks and blemishes in the metal on the underside of the cover. The passenger side cab panel hinge is scratched. The tail panel is slightly warped which may cause it to not seal properly and possibly leak. This cover has  cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
