Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD has scratches and tooling marks on the underside of the cover. There are scratches and scuff marks on the drivers side hinges. The weatherstripping is cut a little short which may cause the cover to leak in these areas. This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
